Description

Hi there,

some minutes ago I tried to push my changes for piclayer plugin but forgot to add the new files and so I pushed just the changed old files... now it's a mess and I need your help to get back to the old version!
I'm sorry about that! (I've made some enhancement for the piclayer and will push it the proper way soon.)

What about the binary that was committed with [o35002]?
The wiki page https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Plugins still shows version 35001 as current version. When I install the plugin in r15031 I get version 35001.
