dev.openseamap.org down - presets test fails

​http://dev.openseamap.org/ is down. Several JOSM presets used icons from there. Not sure if this server comes back or if the presets need to find new icons.

I asked at ​https://github.com/OpenSeaMap/online_chart/issues/105 (no answer so far) then I received am osm wiki pm to write to project@openseamap.org I did that but received no answer so far.

I have fixed the two OpenNauticalChart presets. I will leave it up to OpenSeaMap devs to fix theirs.

I changed the one preset group icon to our internal icon at wiki:Presets/Diving?action=diff&version=10
So only ​https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OpenSeaMap/josm/master/Presets_Sport.xml is left.

Then we can remove it, these presets have not been modified for 3 years, I doubt we get any answer.
