replace viewer (changeset)'osmhv' (​https://osmhv.openstreetmap.de) by viewer (object) 'mapki' (​http://osm.mapki.com/history/)

reasons:

it says: "Service Unavailable"

a) service is up &
b) has nice view and information about relation members
