Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Validate attached file
- Get a validator warning stating the turn restriction is unneeded
What is the expected result?
No warning: the turn restriction still applies to bicycles and mopeds and should therefore not be removed
What happens instead?
Turn restriction is listed as unneeded
