Many entries of Maps/Taiwan link to https://data.gov.tw/license
The root certificate is not trusted by default, we should load it like we do for Dutch and French government.

Wrong ticket. It has been added a long time ago in fact.
It is listed in Mozilla Included CA Certificate List.

Hi, this authority don't seems to work in Windows 11 anymore?

I don't understand this CA. Request for inclusion in Mozilla program was closed as WONTFIX 6 days ago.
Yet I am able to access https://data.gov.tw/license with Firefox without any problem.
