Description
I would like to go to open the link from the right click menu like we do for OSM tag links.
I think this should be in core.

Support for branch:wikidata and other combinations with wikidata should be supported as well.

I would also like the wikipedia plugin to be merged into core and that it is improved to show the description when hovering over the value-field of the entry in the tag-box.
That would e.g. enable me to correct place=locality -> natural=wetland in this case:
Nod: Kapelludden (2237459109)
Data Set: d7dca29

Is branch:wikidata documented somewhere? https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org//search?q=branch%3Awikidata found no traces of usage
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:brand:wikipedia may be what you wanted to mention

Correct. brand:wikidata, and saw now that even subject:wikidata and artist:wikidata is used according to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Wikidata

[o34811]: tag2link: add support for *:wikidata
Just found tag2link. Might be a good candidate to merge to core to reduce the number of plugins.
