Description
Currently if you unglue (from a way) a node with tags, you can not choose which node is "new" and which keeps the id. And I agree, could be seen as overkill (more options can slow down). I propose to generally keep the id on the POI (where you chose that the tags should go to). This way, the history who added the POI is preserved.
For example I am detaching frequently POIs from building outlines and put them into the building. This means detaching the node from the way (what it actually does is keep the node with the id in the way and create a new node with an offset and move the POI tags where you choose). I move the POI nodes to "new node", adjust the node position, but it gets a new ID and it seems I have created it, while I only moved it a tiny bit around.

Unglueing https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2126543147 (part of one way) always puts the old id to the node with the tags no matter if I choose existing node or new node in the dialog.
When unglueing https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/910781071 (part of two ways) and choosing new node in the dialog, the node without tags gets the old id. (Same behavior if the node is part of even more ways.)
Is that the wanted behavior?
