Error when pressing Esc in Upload Dialog

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Edit Data and press Ctrl+Shift+Up to upload the data
- Type a comment in the popup window
- Press Alt+Tab to switch to another Program Window and again to switch back to JOSM
- Press Esc
What is the expected result?
Dialog disappears
What happens instead?
An error message like this pops up.
