Add narrow=yes

Unsure if this should be included in the highway preset, but at least ​narrow=yes should not give any messages while validating the data.

For example, with a way having highway=unclassified + narrow=yes we see an informational message with Presets do not contain property key - Key 'narrow' not in presets
