add shop=religion & shop=general

Both of these are clearly documented (​shop=religion , ​shop=general), yet in JOSM renders as a blue dot & has no presets. shop=general preset would work like shop=convenience, and shop=religion would work like office=religion.

This tag is a little unclear, partly because of the massive overlap with shop=supermarket and shop=convenience described below, and partly because of the two different usages of the term in the UK and US:

I think that it should be rather target of validator complaints.

shop=general preset would work like shop=convenience

If it would be true then it should be retagged to shop=convenience Unfortunately it duplicates sometimes rather shop=supermarket
