Add mouse alternative to navigate in download area window when using a stylus/touch device

Description

Whenever I use JOSM with a tablet (such as a Surface) I can't pan or zoom in the map. Instead I can only select the area. If I want to use this window I have to plug in a mouse.

Proposal: Add navigational keys by default or when detecting being in tablet/stylus mode. If not desirable to have them always on the map, add a checkbox to hide/show them.

You can pan the map with Ctrl+arrow keys, and zoom with plus/minus keys.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
