DataIntegrityProblemException: Primitive must be part of the dataset - MendRelationAction

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. using it, it proposed a wrong solution because way wasn't split
2. stopped it, split manually
3. now it does propose proper solution
4. After accepting that it crashes before proposing the next one, as it would have to split the next way? Or because I relaunched it twice during the same 'session', after having interrupted it?
