Description
The URL of the WMS layer Bavaria (80 cm) DOP has been changed by the survey authority, see
https://geoportal.bayern.de/geodatenonline/seiten/wms_dop80cm
old: https://www.geodaten.bayern.de/ogc/ogc_dop80_oa.cgi
new: https://geoservices.bayern.de/wms/v1/ogc_dop80_oa.cgi
The old URL was terminated after 2018-06-30 and should be updated.
Note: The TMS-Layer "Bavaria (80 cm) mirror server" already references the new URL and is currently the only valid source for Bavaria (80 cm).

The new URL doesn't work neither. Can someone contact the Bavarian authorities? The form is only in German.

New URL https://geoservices.bayern.de/wms/v1/ogc_dop80_oa.cgi should be stable now, see https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=706924#p706924
I would be happy if some of you developers would fix it. My rare contribution hardly would justify creating just another account...

Unfortunately still unsharp. Did they say something about this?
They confirmed the lower quality of the current DOP80, well it's obvious ;) An enhanced version will be available not before mid 2019. Btw, the same problem also relates to the fee-based access to DOP40 and DOP20. Maybe some key clients will put pressure on them to fix it earlier...

Oh, thats a pretty long timeframe
I was told, their IT has to focus on the pending Gauß-Krüger ->UTM change at the end of the year.
This is a wiki, please make the change by yourself, see Maps/Germany. Bug reports are only meant for what only developers can do (change JOSM code).
