IAE when downloading primitive with id zero

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download an object (File->Download object...)
2. Select Object type=mixed
3. Enter 'n0' as the Object ID

What is the expected result?

An informational warning, as when object type 'node' is chosen and 0 entered for the node id.

What happens instead?

Unexpected exception.
