Separate translation "delta" for transformer and power tower

Description

Hi! Now we have the same translation message "delta" for both power tower design and transformator winding configuration. This is not suitable for the Russian language, because for power tower we use the term "дельтовидная" (delta shaped), but for a windings we use the term "треугольник" (triangle). Can we separate translation for these two contexts?

fix #16364 - don't use simple "power" context for windings values to avoid conflict with "delta" used for power towers
