wrong example or wrong URL validation in Changeset Query Dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. open the Changeset Query Dialog, tab "From URL"
2. click on first example link (which should be expected to be valid)

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?

No sure if the example URL or the validation is wrong. The second example shows the green checkmark.
