What steps will reproduce the problem?
- When I was downloading some data I got this message: ResponseCode 503 Service Unavailable
- Can this be transform to a more user friendly message?
What is the expected result?
User friendly message.
What happens instead?
Not user friendly message.

That would be a possibility. If an error message is marked as html content type and starts with a "<", then display it as html.
