Status: new → closed

I don't know where your error comes from but copying the message only would neither help you or us. In this case, copy/paste the full error (including stacktrace) from console.

I am saying for a general error message, instead of always posting unsearchable screenshots, it would help if users were able to copy the text of error messages. That way they could show you exactly what they said, instead of posting console messages. I don't see why they should be so "high security".

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
