Display GPX route points (rte) as another layer

Open the attached example GPX file.
We can see two layers in JOSM: route.gpx and Markers from route.gpx

Like the waypoint markers (<wpt>…</wpt>) are extracted and displayed as a separated layer, couldn't we have the ​route points (<rte>…</rte>) displayed as a new layer too?

JOSM menu with "download from OSM along this track", "customise color", "convert to data layer" and others is not available for route Layer
