Preset: Social Facility / Nursing home

In the preset Facilities -> Social Facilities, all follow the structured approach of amenity=social_facility + social_facility=TYPE, with the exception of Nursing Home, which is still assigned the old-fashioned amenity=nursing_home.

The reason was probably a flaw in the original key proposal which subsumed nursing homes under group_home, however that had been fixed a year ago in a tagging list discussion by adding the value social_facility=nursing_home, which became very popular since.

Could you please adjust the preset for Nursing home to assign amenity=social_facility + social_facility=nursing_home

The tagging discussion started here ​https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tagging/2016-June/029454.html with questioning social_facility=group_home for nursing facilities. The discussion moved to favouring social_facility=nursing_home for this purpose.

It grew from almost zero to 1144 uses today. Now on rank five in the social_facility values. Probably there are still many "hidden" in the 25k "group_home".
