The button disappears when you move the map and there is no longer an object within the mapview with e.g. level=-1
I agree this is not good as you are not able to disable the filter without manually searching for an area with level=-1

Replying to Klumbumbus:
you are not able to disable the filter without manually searching for an area with level=-1
Even trickier:
- click on e.g. the level=-1 auto filter button
- delete the data layer
- download a new area without the tag level=-1
- autofilter is still active and there is no way to disable it (except completely disable auto filtering in the preferences)

Can you please provide screenshots ? I don't understand your problem.
