Validator - Include Warning About Simultaneous Use Of "Classic" And "New" Contact Tagging Scheme

Description

As I frequently run across POIs that do have both the "classic" (phone=*, email=* etc.) and the "new" (contact:phone=*, contact:website=* etc.) tagging scheme for contact data attached, I would suggest a new validator warning to cover this, in order to avoid double tagging.

That feature would give everyone a heads-up to choose either one of the schemes. As far as I could see, it is not validated currently.
