add delays between automatic fixes

Description

when automatically fixing many errors, it is difficult to understand what is going on because everything happens too fast. adding a small delay between fixes would help.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain giackserva.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
