Description
when splittin a way in several parts only one of them keeps the relations the old way had. all other new way just inherit their tags.
this happens often, when one tries to add a bridge to an existing highway as highways get a route relation and splitting destroys this route.

used the wrong installation of josm (was sure to use josm-latest)
bug is fixed already! sorry for any disturbance.

Update you software before reporting bugs. This is fixed for more than two month.
