update does not work for some plugins

Description

I go to prefs/plugins and hit update. It says that it wants to update measurement and remotecontroll. Then it says sucessfully updated, please restart. I restart and go to prefs/plugins, hit update and it still wants to update these 2. For the other plugins, the update worked well.

Fixed remotecontrol. Measurement version must be broken. Contact the author of measurement plugin.

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
