slippy map in download window jumps unexpectedly when doing a consecutive download in one session

tested with a fresh config (but also did happen with my production config) and version 11773

1. download data via the download window.
2. open the download window (via toolbar click) again
3. left-drag a new rectangle
4. do this repeatedly (up to around ten times) if "actual" does not happen: zoom in, select a rectangle, hit ESC, open the download window again, go to 3.

Expected: rectangle is drawn where clicked
Actual: the map moves and zooms and another (where the pointer is now) area is selected

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Sure. Two screenshots attached (1.png is before clicking. 2.png is after clicking and dragging a small rectangle). You see that the map has a different position than before my click. Hope this helps.
