JOSM не подключается к OSM. SSL?

При открытии JOSM появляется сообщение об ошибке (смотри скриншот ). Невозможно ни скачать карту для редактирования, ни отправить данные на сервер

I was hit by the same bug (java IO error whenever JOSM tries to download something, at startup or at runtime). Getting the latest java package from my distro (in my case =dev-java/icedtea-bin-3.3.0-r1 on Gentoo) fixed it.
