No grey scale or monochrome printing possible

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. load some data
  2. open printing dialog
  3. Within "Printer settings" -> "Appearance" try to set the color.

What is the expected result?

Monochrome should always be choose-able and color should only be an option for color printers

What happens instead?

Monochrome is always disabled and color is always enabled even for only grey scale printers.

Status: new → closed

Java/driver issue, again something we can't fix. Works for me:


Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
