Wrongly modifying type = route + route = pipeline objects

Download ​http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/4202684, validate and see one warning about deprecated tagging - type is deprecated, use substance instead.
Then click Fix.

See how JOSM changes substace = gas to substance = route and also removes the type = route key.

​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:route%3Dpipeline says that type = route + route = pipeline is valid.
​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:route also cites route = pipeline
