Incomplete object info in the conflict dialog

Sometimes I am seeing some conflict dialogs without all the information at the Their version side, like this:

See that there isn't any info about the user, version, date (from 1969), changeset, etc.

It happened in a simple revert of changeset 44219662, but I think that it won't be possible to reproduce this (it's being reverted in ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/44222125)

The object (​https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3122831214/history) was at version 3 in OSM at this time.

I can try to artificially create a similar conflict if needed.
