Add presets for amenity=watering_place

[Hufkratzer]

Please add presets for ​Tag:amenity=watering_place (German: Wasserstelle, Tränke). As decribed on the wiki page it's similar to amenity=drinking_water , just primarily for animals. Status is approved and usage is more than 2.850 (and nearly twice as frequent as for amenity=sanitary_dump_station what is in the presets).
