Scrolling speed in main view and download dialogue on OSX to fast

Scrolling in the main window and download dialogue on OSX is much faster then in other applications. Changing scrolling speed in OSX settings has no effect on JOSM (also it isn't a good solution, scrolling in every other app would be to slow and only in JOSM acceptable). Scrolling on an MacBook Trackpad in JOSM is way to sensitive. Very small movements scroll from a few meter scale to a few hundred kilometre scale.

Solution would be to bind scrolling speed on OSX settings when JOSM runs on OSX or having a setting in JOSM to set scrolling speed and sensitivity. The way it now is very irritating.
