kendzi3d could not loaded in JOSM 10966

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. After my 1st downloading and instalation kendzi3d, the kendzi3d plugin worked in JOSM 10966 and then I tested some fitur of kendzi3d. after that i shutdown my PC for rest.
2. A few minutes later, I turn on my pc and open JOSM 10966 and come up window error which message "Could not load plugin Kendzi3D. Delete from preferences?

What is the expected result?

I want kendzi3d plugin worked So that I can used it.
