Please consider a +10 increment for House Number Tagging Tool

Description

The HouseNumberTaggingTool allows increments of +/- 1 and 2, but I'd like to see 10 in the list as well.

Where I live in Southern California USA, *many* areas use increments of 10 between nearby houses: this is a common paradigm even for houses immediately next to each other.

Right now I have to either type the full 4- or 5-digit address by hand, or enter "k" with +2 five times per address. Having +10 as a choice would be so much faster.

Thank you for a wonderful plugin; it's made me much more productive.
