.joz file not associated with JOSM on Mac OS X, Windows, Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Save a JOSM session
2. Double-click on the resulting .joz file

What is the expected result?

Session opens in JOSM

What happens instead?

Error message: There is no application set to open the document “Foo.joz”.
