Description
Hi, I have just started on http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/natural%3Dcave and noticed that the validator seems to assume that natural=* is an area?
For natural=cave it would be good to allow both area and way. Both variants are already in use in the database.

Replying to RicoZ:
the validator seems to assume that natural=* is an area?
Yes, except for "coastline", "cliff", "tree_row", "ridge", "valley", "arete", "gorge" and now also "cave".
