JOSM does not exit cleanly if unsaved layers are ignored for upload

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Exit the program with unsaved layers
  2. Deselect each layer's upload tickbox
  3. Continue to exit

What is the expected result?

Program exits cleanly

What happens instead?

Unexpected error (program still running)

Thanks for the steps to reproduce.

This issue is the same as #12897, a patch to fix it is attached there.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain michael2402.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
