Make displaying mapillary photos on hover a configurable option

Description

While working in areas with dense Mapillary photos, the behavior to load a photograph on hover is a bit distracting while navigating the map and one loses context of the photo that is being investigated.

A configurable option for this behavior will be really handy.

Good idea, I've just added it to the code, you'll see it in the next version.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain nokutu.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
