Can you please attach your file?

So what, exactly, does that mean to me or to my ability to open the file or my understanding of what happened and how to prevent it in the future?

This is useless.

It means that tickets needing information are closed after a reasonable period without response from you (in this case, 4 weeks). Now, if you attach your file, we could look what's wrong with it.
