Orthogonalize Shape (Q) on a node cause Exception instead of usage warning (Regression)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open new Layer
2. Select "Draw nodes" modus (A)
3. Add a node
4. Orthogonalize Shape (Q)

What is the expected result?

As in r9900 there should pop up a usage warning.

What happens instead?

ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in OrthogonalizeAction$WayData.calcDirections()

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

OT: There are also some "Unable to remove primitives from TestError" warings in validator (see Last errors/warnings) which I never saw before.
