Restore saved view location after loading session

I have session file with many imageries and one data layer. While loading session view is in saved place, but few seconds later (when data layer has finished loading) view pan to this data layer bounds.

I cannot reproduce: Opening attachment:session.joz​ pans to the location where I saved it (very close to w98110693).

Please provide more information on the issue and how to reproduce (screenshot and session file).

I saved session in Wien. Looks like problem with projection alert.
