Description

If an area containing a powerline is validated with josm, the nodes of the terminal points of the power line show the warning "Missing power tower/pole within power line", if the nodes lie outside of the downloaded area. This error may disappear after downloading the surrounding area of the terminal points with josm, if the endpoint is e.g. within a "power=substation" area.

I would ask for the enhancement not to show this warning at the nodes of the terminal points of the power line, if the points lie outside of the downloaded area, to avoid this warnings.
