Add DMS coordinate support to 'Jump to Position'

Current version can display the current coordinate in DMS style, but it seems that 'Jump to Position' simply parses coordinates as float numbers, and thus using DMS coordinates directly is impossible.
PS: I'd like to use some simple delimiters rather than the normal degree symbol because it's hard to type.

Nice :) But even nicer would be an input box as in Add Node. Code could be reusable I assume...
