"null must be connected to a way" validator warning

I loaded a node with public_transport=stop_position but not the way it was part of. I got a wornig from the validator saying "null must be connected to a way". I suppose the "null" was intended to be some identification of the object type, like public transport stop.

even if the bug description seems to be enough to fix it, can you please take the habit of using the normal way to report bugs? (through help -> report bug).
It's hard to convince novices and anonymous users to follow the rules of newticket if even experienced users do not follow them.

Try loading relation 2529470, load its stops and platforms (not route segments/rails). I get the warning on the node 331820225 and node 83819412. I don't know yet why other stops do not produce the warning.
