Description
Currently the date/time format of image creation seems to be fixed to e.g. 26/04/2015 - 03:43:24 (see screenshot).
It would be nice to have the possibility to customize the date format, e.g. using the syntax of UNIX's date command, see http://linux.die.net/man/1/date .
Alternatively and probably less time-consuming: In the JOSM configuration there is a flag under
Display settings -> Tab: Look and feel -> Display ISO dates
which could be evaluated and acted upon.
This could also be used to determine if the time shall be displayed in 12h (AM/PM) or 24h format.

That was quick, thanks! :-)
I noted that displaying the time was not enabled by default (I had to change it in the settings). Is this on purpose?
Done, you can see it in latest development version.
