Description

WMS and TMS image have already been supported for base map, why not add support for WMTS tiles? It is an OGC standard and China has provided official service of map and imagery tile by this standard at ​http://www.tianditu.com/guide/index.html (in Chinese). In order to make use of these resources and other potential WMTS resources in JOSM, it is necessary to support this standard.
