Description

I found several streets with "oneway=no", but cycleways attached to these aren't displayed.

I know, that oneway=no is superfluos, but actually I find it quite helpful in the seen cases, as it marked short parts in streets otherwise oneways. Thus oneway=no made it explicit.

fix #11292 - display cycleway=lane and cycleway=track also for oneway=no
