Tag editor window is not sized properly.

When editing tags, every so often the window for adding/editing a value (when you click the "Add" or "Edit" button on the Tags panel) will not be sized properly so that the text boxes are not visible. Resizing the window to make it taller makes the text boxes visible again. I am using Ubuntu 14.10.

I have the same problem some times (also Ubuntu 14.10).

I can't tell you when exactly this happens. Normally JOSM woks fine, but about every tenths start it's in a mode where EVERY dialogue (not only tag editor window) has insufficient height.

Perhaps this has something to do with JVM bug ​https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8073710.
Even this bug is declared only for 1.8.0_31, the described problems are exactly the same I found in the past. Also that only Ubuntu (and there maybe only Unity) is prone for this behaviour, matches exactly my case. That I actually can't reproduce the problem may depend of new Java, new Unity or any other new versions.
