Wrong progress bar status with "undelete" plugin

Insert a lot of data to undelete in the undelete plugin (like the nodes from ​http://naoliv.iq.unesp.br/osm/10779-nodes.txt) and note that while the progress bar reaches 100%, it still needs to download a lot of objects.

Somehow the progress bar calculation seems misleading.
