Align nodes in line by selecting a way (with 3 or more nodes) instead of selecting nodes

Feature Request:
If it is not too much work, I would like to have a new tool with the possibility to select a way with 2 or more nodes instead of selecting the nodes and get a straighten line as an enhancement for the tool 'Align Nodes in Line'. Aligning would be much faster.

Align Nodes in Line currently does work on selected way(s) as well on selected nodes.
If what you want is to select the way that contains the selected node(s), then you might want to try utilsplugin2's (Select) Adjacent ways tool.

Works. Needs 2 steps.

1. Ctrl+Shift+N
2. L

There two tools doing this:

• Align nodes: Select a way (and only a way) and then press L ==> All nodes of that way will be aligned
• Distribute Nodes: Similar, but the nodes will be spread evenly

So I think this ticket can be close.
